VapoFil Disclaimer: The Claims Ceiling And Five Refusals

VapoFil is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Four claims appear on the pack and nothing on this website exceeds them.

Below: the ceiling, the five statements this desk declined to repeat and the reason for each, and the precautions in full.

The ceiling

Those four lines are structure and function statements, which is the category of claim a dietary supplement may make. They describe support for the normal working of a normal body. They do not name a condition and they do not promise to correct one.

Nothing on this website goes beyond them. Where the seller's own materials do, the difference is recorded below rather than quietly skipped, which is the only way a reader can tell the difference between a page that agrees with the marketing and one that has read it.

The refusals

Five VapoFil claims this desk will not repeat

Tongkat ali “stimulates the production of free testosterone”

The meta-analysis finds an increase in serum total testosterone across pooled trials. Every one of those trials used a standardised extract at 100 to 400 mg a day. This panel prints 10 mg of a 100:1 concentrate, and a pooled result at 200 mg is not evidence about 10 mg. The trials are cited; the inference is not made.

Horny goat weed “helps maintain firmer, longer-lasting erections”

Searched PubMed for a randomised trial of Epimedium or icariin in men with erectile difficulty. There is none. What exists is enzyme work in a test tube, a study of synthetic icariin analogues, and rat experiments. None of that is a human result, and this site does not present it as one.

Nettle “releases more free testosterone by inhibiting SHBG binding”

The SHBG binding was shown for lignans isolated from nettle ROOT, in a laboratory assay. This panel prints nettle LEAF. Different plant part, different chemistry, and no trial has measured free testosterone in men taking either one at 20 mg.

Boron “increases total and free testosterone and improves cognitive function”

The boron row on this panel is 20 mg of a chelate declared at 5%, which is about 1 mg of boron. That is an ordinary day's boron from food. No claim is made for it.

“Respiratory support”, which appears on one of the vendor's own listing tiles

Nothing on the Supplement Facts panel is a respiratory ingredient, and the seller's own list of what the formula supports names libido, circulation, stamina and confidence. The tile is not repeated as a claim anywhere on this website.

Each of those was searched for before it was refused. The tongkat ali trials exist and are cited on this website; what is refused is reading a 200 mg result across to a 10 mg row. The Epimedium refusal is simpler: there is no randomised trial in men to read across from.

A refusal recorded in writing is worth more than a claim omitted quietly, because it can be argued with. If any of the five is wrong, the evidence that would change it should be sent to contact@Vaepofil.com and the page will move.

Precautions

A dietary supplement rather than a medicine, and a capsule rather than a gummy or a liquid drop.
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and not approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
Written for healthy adults of 18 and over. The label is addressed to men. Nobody under 18 should take it.
The shell is gelatin, which rules the capsule out of a vegetarian or vegan diet whatever the roundel on the pack says.
Two capsules is the whole daily amount. Taking four does not double anything except what you spend.
Trouble with erections can be the first sign of a vascular problem, and that is worth having looked at properly rather than worked around.
Results differ between people. Sleep, alcohol, weight and how much you move all change the same things this formula is sold for.
The star score and the order count on this website are the distributor's own roundup figures. They are layout copy, not verified transcripts and not evidence.

That is the manufacturer's own wording, reproduced rather than paraphrased. The storage instruction on the same label reads: keep away from heat, light and humidity to preserve freshness. keep out of the reach of children. do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. store in a cool, dry place.

Two further lines appear on the artwork and both are statements about the factory rather than about the formula. The label states that the product was made in the usa with globally sourced ingredients, and that this product has been manufactured in an fda registered facility. Registration is a list a facility appears on. It is not approval and it is not inspection, and the testing and quality page takes all nine of the pack's marks apart on the same basis.

The medical position

Medical position on VapoFil

This website is not a substitute for a clinician who can examine you. Difficulty with erections in particular is a symptom with several possible causes, some of them vascular, and a 2026 review in Nature Reviews Urology sets out how often it precedes cardiovascular disease. The American Urological Association's guideline opens with evaluation for that reason.

Anyone taking prescription medicine should show the label to whoever prescribes it before starting. The interaction worth raising specifically is a nitrate, because the icariin on this panel acts on the same enzyme as prescription erectile medicines and that class carries a hard contraindication with nitrates.

Where testosterone has actually been measured and found low, the Endocrine Society's guideline describes what happens next, and a botanical capsule is not part of it.
