Four claims appear on the pack and on the seller's page: libido and sexual desire, circulation and sexual health, physical stamina and vigour, and confidence in performance. They are structure and function statements. Everything on this website sits inside those four and nothing extends them.
Below, each line in turn: what it means in ordinary language, which rows on the panel are meant to deliver it, and how much evidence stands behind that.
Claim one: VapoFil and libido
Desire is the claim this category leads with and the hardest one to measure. It moves with mood, sleep, relationship and stress before it moves with anything swallowed, which is why the trials that measure it use questionnaires rather than instruments.
On this panel the row behind it is tongkat ali. The 2012 Physta trial measured quality of life and sexual well-being and reported improvement, and the 2014 trial looked at sexual performance scores. Both used a standardised extract at several hundred milligrams a day. What this bottle prints is 10 mg of a 100:1 concentrate, stated as 1,000 mg dry equivalent, which is a different measure.
The plant has human trials reporting improvement in exactly this outcome. The amount on this panel has not been trialled. Both sentences are true at once and leaving either one out would be selling rather than describing.
Claim two: VapoFil, circulation and sexual health
The circulation claim rests on horny goat weed, and specifically on icariin. Icariin inhibits human PDE5, the enzyme that ends the nitric oxide signal responsible for blood flow into erectile tissue. That is the same target prescription medicines act on, and it is why this plant appears on almost every label in the category.
The distance between that and a benefit is large. The measurement was made on isolated enzyme. Later structural work found synthetic modifications far more potent than icariin itself, which is another way of saying icariin is weak. The erectile improvement was demonstrated in rats. No randomised trial in men exists, at any dose.
That this capsule produces firmer or longer-lasting erections. The seller's page says it; the evidence does not support it; and repeating it here would be repeating a laboratory result as though it were a clinical one. What can be said is that the mechanism is real chemistry and that nobody has tested it in people.
Claim three: VapoFil, stamina and vigour
Stamina is the vaguest of the four and the one most likely to be felt for reasons unrelated to a capsule. It is also the one where the honest answer points somewhere other than the bottle.
The six-month 2021 trial that comes closest to this outcome combined tongkat ali with concurrent training in men with age-related androgen decline — and the training arm is not incidental to the design. The population evidence is consistent: activity, weight and alcohol carry more of the variance in how men in their forties and fifties feel than any botanical yet measured.
Sarsaparilla and wild yam are the traditional stamina rows on this panel. Neither has a controlled human trial for it. That is stated once here rather than implied by silence.
Claim four: VapoFil and confidence in performance
The fourth line is psychological and it is the only one this desk would not argue with. A fixed daily routine, chosen deliberately, changes how a person thinks about a problem before it changes any measurement. That is not nothing, and in a questionnaire-based trial it is part of what the placebo arm captures.
It also has a limit worth naming. Confidence built on a capsule is confidence that leaves with the capsule, and a problem that has a physical cause is not solved by feeling better about it. The American Urological Association's guideline on erectile dysfunction starts with evaluation for exactly that reason.
- Libido: the plant has trials, the amount does not.
- Circulation: the mechanism is real, the human evidence is absent.
- Stamina: the strongest lever in the published work is not in the bottle.
- Confidence: reasonable, limited, and worth nothing if something physical is being worked around.
What VapoFil is not sold for, and is not
Naming this plainly is part of what makes the four claims above worth reading. VapoFil is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction, not testosterone replacement, and not a fertility product. The Endocrine Society's guideline describes what testosterone therapy is and who it is for, and a botanical capsule is not in that conversation.
It is also not a respiratory product, whatever one of the vendor's listing tiles says. Nothing on the Supplement Facts panel addresses breathing, and the seller's own four claims do not mention it.
Why the VapoFil claims are worded the way they are
Read the four lines again and notice what they all have in common. Increase libido. Improved circulation. Enhanced stamina. Greater confidence. Every one of them describes a direction of travel in a normal body, and not one of them names a condition or promises to correct it.
That is not marketing timidity. It is the boundary between two legal categories. A dietary supplement may describe how it supports the structure or function of the body; the moment it says it treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses anything, it is making a drug claim and it is a different product under a different law. The small print at the foot of every page on this website is the other half of that bargain.
Which gives a reader a useful test to carry to any bottle in this category. If a page says supports and helps maintain, it is inside the line. If it says fixes, cures or names a diagnosis, somebody has gone past it, and a seller careless about that is probably careless about the panel too.
